SKI HIRE
If you wish to hire a surfski for the event we suggest you contact the Nelson Surfski Club, or for OC1 & OC2, reach out to Maitahi Outrigger Canoe Club, Motueka Waka Ama Club.

PRIZES
Performance prizes will be for the 3-fastest women, 3-fastest men and 3-fastest mixed doubles, in both surfski and OC 1&2.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that the organisers are required to cancel, postpone, shorten, modify, or abandon the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters (including earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, or fires), acts of God, pandemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions, safety concerns, or any other emergency situation that may endanger participants, staff, volunteers, or the public, the event organisers reserve the right to cancel the event.
By entering the event, participants acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled, postponed, shortened, or altered due to such circumstances.
Participants further acknowledge that event planning and operational costs are incurred in advance, and therefore entry fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to circumstances outside the control of the organisers.
The organisers will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as practicable.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the competitors
Liability Indemnity
By entering the event you are agreeing to the event liability waiver.

WEATHER
Closer to the event entrants will be updated with weather information and if there are any route changes. The back up courses start and finish at Marahau Beach.
